FUN N FIT is the longest standing and highly regarded Personal Training Studio in downtown Leesburg, opening our doors in the summer of 2003.   

Our history goes back over 30 years.  My wife and I worked side by side driving our own personal fitness goals.  In doing so she was always the fun one in the group while I always challenged everyone to be their fittest.  So Fun N Fit was born.

Over the years we both have had the opportunity to compete in bodybuilding and figure challenges and work to maintain a healthy lifestyle.  As our family grew they became a big part of who we are today and as a team we focus on FAMILY, FUN, AND FITNESS.

We have had the opportunity to watch our children grow in their love for athletics and have had fun encouraging and “training” them along the way.  Many of our weekends are spent together traveling between basketball, lacrosse and football.  We enjoy not only watching our children compete but the family time and memories that get created on these adventures.

You will experience the importance of family as soon as you walk in our doors from the artwork in the Studio to the quick “hellos” that happen throughout the day.

Since 2003 I have been improving the lives of many dedicated Loudoun County residents.  It takes discipline and determination.

As the lead trainer at FUN N FIT my focus is to tailor a program that meets your fitness goals.  I have years of experience in strength training, bodybuilding, sports conditioning and cross training.  My clients range from young adults preparing to excel in sporting events to older adults whose primary focus is maintain a healthy lifestyle.

I will consistently challenge you through numerous different exercise techniques to motivate and inspire you as you work towards meeting your fitness goals.
